Admissions & Registration Procedure
1) After reviewing our website, if you are interested in our program, please contact us via text message or email. We will provide you with our fees, school calendar, and a sample menu.
2) If you remain interested after reviewing the fees and calendar, please book a tour. Both parents and your child must be present. Grandparents or caregivers who play a significant role in your child’s life are also welcome.
Please note: During the tour, your child is your responsibility. We kindly ask that you ensure your child does not touch classroom materials and that you closely supervise them at all times.
3) Before the tour, we will email you a questionnaire. It must be completed and returned to us prior to your scheduled visit.
4) If both parties wish to continue after the tour, the next step is to schedule a classroom observation in Casa. This visit allows you to see how the children manage throughout the school day and how our program operates in real time. (During the initial tour, your focus will naturally be divided.)
5) After the observation, please discuss your impressions with your family. If you feel that our program truly aligns with your values and believe your child would thrive here, let us know. We will then review your request and get back to you.
6) To secure a spot in our program, the registration form must be completed, and both the registration fee and the first month’s tuition must be paid, regardless of the start date.
7) The final page of our registration form, “Dismissal from Our Program,” must be read, understood, and signed.
